Quality Assurance Representative

The Quality Assurance Representative is an integral participant within the company’s Quality Assurance and Inventory Control team. This position has a significant impact related to the accuracy of the company’s inventory by analyzing customer transactions and processes to resolve issues such as revenue leaks.  

 

What you'll do:  

  • Identify, investigate, analyze, and process all miss-shipped, miss-shipped, lost in transit, and item issues.  Communicate results and corrective actions in a timely and consistent manner.    

  • Review and process customer RGAs on a daily basis, report errors as needed 

  • Perform a variety of warehousing duties including discrepancy analysis and resolution, cycle counting, adjustment verification, and inventory slotting. 

  • Assist in identifying errors and root causes of inventory and warehouse errors.  •    Work with the Quality Assurance team and various warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory errors 

  • Assist Quality Assurance Supervisor to record, track, and report UETs 

  • Assist in closing out queues for month end close 

  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of annual physical inventory. 

  • Other duties, as assigned.  

 

What you'll bring:  

  • Detail-oriented, especially concerning numerical figures and reporting.  

  • Basic mathematic skills including subtraction, addition, multiplication, and division.  

  • Ability to distinguish minor, but significant differences between complex material part numbers/descriptions.  

  • Ability to solve problems and communicate resolutions in a timely and consistent manner 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.  

  • Electrical industry product knowledge is preferred.  

  • Experience using Epicor Eclipse and Solar is preferred.
