Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:What You'll DoThis position will be responsible for quickly and accurately moving production materials and parts into and out of warehouse shelves, storage bins and production locations. * Receive and put away inbound deliveries. * Pick and issue parts for production jobs. * Make inventory and other transactions in company systems and database with accuracy and timeliness. * Ensure the warehouse is a safe, clean and efficient production work environment. * Checks completed parts to ensure compliance to Worcester Plant Quality standards and makes necessary adjustments when required to meet quality goals.In this Function You Will* Operate a variety of material handling equipment (sit-down or stand-up fork trucks, pallet jacks, two-wheel and four-wheel dollies, cranes, pallet stackers/walkie rider, etc.).* Unload and load delivery trucks, trailers, and outside carriersEnsure proper movement of materials. * Stand up forklift experience is a MUST HAVE skill for this role.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
