Enterprise Data Architect

Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a hybrid Enterprise Data Architect in Austin, Tx. In this contract position, you will be responsible for evaluating the needs for the agency for next the generation data warehouse platform. 

Major duties

• Define the execution approach for the exercise
• Develop the agency's data management organization's customer engagement strategy
• Assist in the definition of the agency's data management organization structure
• Assist in the development of detailed execution plans along with costing
• Assist in the technology selection process
• Anticipate bottlenecks, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and provide escalation management.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.
• Use organizational, presentation, and customer service skills to get buy in from the business.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise data management architecture

• 10+ years of experience with solution development

• 10+ years of experience architecting and implementing solutions based on emerging technologies and technical landscapes

• 1 years of experience working with state/ local agencies preferred.
