Job Title: Production Support Electrical EngineerLocation: Tucson, AZZip Code: 85701Duration: 12 MonthsPay Rate: $100.50 /hr.Start Date: ImmediateShift: 3rd - 11pm to 8amActive US Secret Clearance REQUIRED*RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE*Job Description:What You Will Do: * Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions * Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boards * Diagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis tools * Evaluate defect and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failures * Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environments Qualifications You Must Have* 5 to 10 years Years of Experience Required* Education Required BSEE or equivalent* Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems * Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc. * Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs. * Strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware * Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practices * Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domains o Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies * Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversight Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
