SCHEDULE NOTE: 10am - 6pm EST Monday-Friday (one saturday a month rotated amongst team. WORK LOCATION: This role is Michigan-based. Remote: Available for team members residing outside the Troy, MI area. Hybrid: Troy-based team members work a hybrid schedule with in-office Wednesdays. PURPOSE OF JOB: As a Senior Digital Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing and advancing the digital appraisal workflow from order inception through final report delivery. This senior-level position is responsible for ensuring optimal performance across key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering superior client service, and supporting the adoption and evolution of digital appraisal solutions. Acting as both a subject matter expert and a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendor partners, you will contribute to innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence within our digital operations team.


Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of experience working within digital operations, including digital workflow management, system adoption, performance monitoring, or technology-enabled process improvement. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer service, operations, or support role; prior experience in the appraisal or mortgage industry is preferred. Strong understanding of digital and hybrid appraisal products and familiarity with end-to-end appraisal operations. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset. Self-starter with a proactive approach to work and the ability to operate independently. Team-oriented and highly collaborative, with the ability to lead by example. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic business setting. Highly proficient in technology platforms commonly used in digital operations.
