We’re immediately hiring full-time Sales Representatives who are motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow. You’ll receive mentorship, proven training, and all the tools you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Meet homeowners, explain services, and help protect their greatest investment.
- Build relationships while working outdoors and in neighborhoods.
- Work flexible, non-traditional hours (10 am–8 pm, Mon–Fri, plus Saturdays).
- Drive growth by generating revenue through customer acquisition.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background and MVR checks.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours (10 am–8 pm weekdays, Saturdays required).
- Ability to travel for annual sales training.
