Experienced Sealcoating Foreman – $38/hr Base + $27/hr Benefits ($65/hr Total Compensation)

Munson, Inc. is looking for skilled seal coating professionals to join our award-winning union crews. We are the only union seal coating company in the Greater Milwaukee area, offering industry-leading pay, full benefits, and a stable seasonal workload. With a base wage of $38.00/hr plus over $27/hr in pension and benefits, this is a rare opportunity for long-term growth in a high-paying, skilled trade.

Season: May through October
Overtime and weekend availability expected to meet seasonal demand.

Responsibilities: 

• Surface prep and cleaning using weed whackers, blowers, pressure washers, routers, etc. 
• Application of crack fill using hot pour kettles and wands, or cold materials with hand tools 
• Seal coat application using brooms, squeegees, and sprayers 
• Driving company trucks to and from job sites (some overnight stays required) 
• Performing preventative maintenance on tools and machinery 
• Reading work orders and communicating directly with customers

Preferred: 

• CDL Class A license 
• Clean driving record and background check 
• Experience working on athletic courts or high-end residential properties
