Requirements
Physical Strength & Stamina – Ability to lift heavy materials, work long hours, and endure physically demanding tasks.
Comfort with Heights – Must work on tall structures, often on narrow beams, with confidence and balance.
Manual Dexterity – Skilled in using tools, welding, and assembling metal components with precision.
Mathematical Skills – Basic understanding of measurements, angles, and calculations for accurate installation.
