The IUOE Local 450 Union apprenticeship and training fund is a hybrid program, meaning our apprenticeship program is measured through a combination of hours spent in the program and competence demonstrated in the workplace.
Joining the IUOE Local 450 apprenticeship program gives you the opportunity to earn while you learn at no cost you. Our apprentices receive classroom training with our experienced certified instructors and on-the-job training from qualified journeymen. In addition to earning your hourly wage there will also be a contribution on behalf from your employer for your health care.
