Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Control Specialist ensures workmanship and customer satisfaction on residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects. You will conduct inspections, diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and create detailed documentation. Serving as the link between the field and the office, you’ll help maintain safety, efficiency, and excellence.

Requirements
- Experience in residential construction (roofing, siding, gutters)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 45 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, some overtime as needed)
