If you enjoy working in a startup environment, and managing multiple fast paced projects at once, we would like to hear from you.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Work with Subject Matter Experts to create/update MS Project schedules.* Provide scheduling support to assigned programs and operations* Develop/maintain consistency to programs enabling cost/schedule integration and earned value consistent with existing Work Breakdown Structure.* Support the development of the reporting format, scheduling protocols, processes, techniques and software selection.* Support new business in proposals, monitor and maintenance of schedule performance and participate in schedule margin management.* Provide regular status reports to Program Management and Engineering leadership.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields from an accredited college or university.* Prior experience supporting spacecraft development.* Demonstrated experience with Scheduling and Financial management of projects.* Experience with financial management tools including earned value, with SPI/CPI measures.* Knowledge standard engineering industry practices and ideally space-related requirements.* Extensive experience with MS Project (including Resource Management), Excel and related.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to effectively communicate complex information.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
