Requirements
CDL Class A driver’s license (Manual Only)
- Copy of your high school diploma/GED
- Copy of your birth cerficate
- DOT medical card
- 2 Reference letters
- Copy of your social security card
- Copy of any current certifications (if applicable)
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Complete aptitude test
