New Net Associate
This entry level Cargo Net Repair position is responsible for the accurate replacement of webbing by using the template on the tables as a guideline. The guides show the webbing measurement and dimensions. This position will handle hardware and glue guns.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assembly duties to include lifting nets from a box, unrolling net and stretching out on assembly table, pulling strap through buckle to lace two nets together, pulling straps through bellybands and assembling through buckles on net shell to complete the net.
- Light assembly of hardware to webbing, gluing webbing in place.
- Assist in running automation CNC machines assigned by the supervisor
- Understand and strive to always maintain a quality check of the product
- After assembly, rolling nets for packaging, bagging the finished net, labeling the bag, sealing bag, counting and placing in box for shipment.
- Meet quota levels set by supervisor, keep and report daily production amounts, and report all downtime and problems affecting daily production.
- Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
- Pass a BCI/FBI Background Check
- Two forms of ID and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pick up at least 25 pounds (lbs.) unassisted
- Demonstrates and maintains regular and reliable attendance to work.

- Monday – Friday (3:30PM – 12:00AM)
