Lightning Protection Installer
We are an established small business looking for a Lightning Protection Installer
This position involves: working out doors in all weathers, walking on roofs, installing Lightning Rods, digging trenches for rounding. To be able to lift rolls of cable, Be able to stay away over night if needed.

Requirements
Please respond with a resume or detailed job history, ONLY if you meet the following requirements:
- Valid Driver License - Motor Vehicle Report of driving record required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Drug free workplace
- Full time availability
- Pass criminal background check
- Construction related experience or knowledge preferred
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to work with heights and ladders
- Heavy lifting - 50-100 lbs
- Ability to work in construction environment
- Installing and handling lightning protection cable
- Installation team works with their hands, power tools, and equipment installing lightning protection on commercial and residential projects
- Installation on high roofs and grounding
- Includes traveling to different construction sites. Some projects may require overnight stay (company paid)
- Company provided vehicle for travel from shop to all sites
- Reading basic construction plans and blueprints
- Support and contribute to company projects and teams
- Daily progress reports - time sheets
- 3-year apprenticeship program leading to Installer certification
- Dedication to the work and study material
- Availability for some travel - FL/southern GA region (company provided vehicle, lodging, and per diem)
- Availability for occasional night shift (Additional compensation provided)
