This position is offering a pay range of $18 - $20/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves. Read work orders or follow verbal instructions.* Identify, inspect, and track incoming and outgoing parts for quality, quantity, and accuracy.* Load materials and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.* Clean, organize, remove packing dunnage, and keep work area clean.* Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn* Set up parts for engineering review on tables by commodity/system, put away parts review are completedEducation and Experience (required):* Minimum 1 - 2 years Inventory experience.* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent* Minimum 1 - 2 years of automotive experience, specifically disassembly/tear down* Must have strong computer experience and tech savvy* Must have own tools with rolling toolbox.* Must have good organizational skills* Must have good attention to detail* Effective verbal communication skills, will be working with customers.* Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures* Must have reliable attendance* Valid Driver"s licenseBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
