Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:Lab safety:- Experience and knowledge of high voltage safety (e.g. safety procedures/practices, PPE, etc.)- Fabricate cable harnesses and connectors based on voltage and current ratingsLab Organization:- Manage and maintain lab equipment, instrument, and tools (e.g. hand and power tools)- In charge of lab equipment calibrationLab cleaning:- Building and testing prototype devices- Construct, test, and repair prototype devices under test, including cables and connectors- Troubleshoot prototype devices using documentation and inputs from design engineers- PCBA rework and soldering- Experience building and testing high-voltage and high-power electronics products a plusMinimum Requirements:- Associate degree or equivalent experience- 5-10 years" experience- Read electronic schematics and mechanical drawings- Familiar with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies and other standard lab equipment- Able to work under dynamic, time-constraint, and multitasking conditions- Self-starter and always willing to learn- High sense of responsibility and urgency towards work assignments Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
