Background Information
We have an excellent 4-year program with qualified instructors. Experience is not
required. Apprentices can work and learn at the same time and receive college
credit at no cost.
Apprentice wages start at approximately $19 per hour, with raises every 6 months.
Journeypersons can earn over $42 per hour upon graduation. Retirement and insurance are included.
Apprentices learn HVAC, welding, CAD (computer aided drafting), architectural sheet metal, fabrication,
math skills, and more!
Why we want to hire veterans
Verterans have the training and ability to be outstanding in our trade. It is imparative to support Veterans who have supported our country.
What we currently do for veterans at our company
We support the G.I. Bill and have enrolled in VA Once, to help facilitate funding for Veterans. Our program has an MOU (memorandum of understanding) to assist Veterans.
